RE: CEASE AND DESIST — UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CAMPAIGN NAME, IMAGE, MATERIALS, OR INFORMATION

To Whom It May Concern:

I write on behalf of the Tamar Hamilton Campaign for Broward County Circuit Court Judge, Group 52, regarding the unauthorized use and/or dissemination of campaign-related information, materials, photographs, videos, logos, likeness, endorsements, statements, or other content associated with the campaign.

It has come to our attention that information and/or materials relating to the Tamar Hamilton campaign have been used, published, reproduced, distributed, altered, or otherwise communicated without the knowledge or authorization of the campaign.

The Tamar Hamilton campaign has not authorized any individual or organization to create, distribute, publish, modify, or represent campaign materials except those acting with the express permission of the campaign.

Accordingly, you are hereby directed to immediately:

1. Cease and desist from using, reproducing, publishing, distributing, or displaying any unauthorized campaign materials or information;
2. Remove any such materials from websites, social media platforms, electronic communications, printed publications, or any other medium under your control;
3. Refrain from representing that you speak on behalf of, are affiliated with, or have the endorsement or authorization of the Tamar Hamilton campaign unless such authorization has been expressly provided in writing;
4. Preserve all records relating to the creation, publication, or distribution of the materials at issue.

Nothing contained in this correspondence should be construed as a complete statement of the campaign's rights or remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.

Should the unauthorized conduct continue after receipt of this letter, the campaign will evaluate all available legal and equitable remedies as appropriate under applicable law.

If you believe you have received this correspondence in error or wish to discuss this matter, please contact the undersigned immediately so that it may be resolved promptly and professionally.

We anticipate your immediate compliance and appreciate your cooperation.
