Campaign Contributions

Contributions to Tamar Hamilton for Judge are subject to Florida campaign-finance law. By contributing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Contribution limit: The maximum contribution is $1,000 per individual per election. Contributions exceeding this limit will be returned.
• Not tax deductible: Contributions to a political campaign are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
• Eligibility attestation: By contributing, you confirm that this contribution is made from your own funds, is not made from the funds of a corporation or another person, and that you are a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident. • Reporting: Contributor name, address, and occupation are collected and reported as required by Florida law and become part of the public record.
